This 4-3-3 formation is a brilliant system for getting the best out of Andy Carroll. Joe Hart has the edge over Adrian statistically in FIFA 18, so should play, while I would recommend a defensive line of Pablo Zabaleta, Winston Reid, Angelo Ogbonna and Arthur Masuaku. It’s worth mentioning here that in each of the formations the back five remains the same. FIFA 18 has been out for over a month now and I feel, having had a chance to properly explore the game, that I have found three different formations that are perfect for getting the best out of West Ham United.
